Great cool weather pants!
These are great pants for cool/cold weather hiking, snowshoeing, or spring skiing. Basically they're good any time it's a little too warm for snow pants or too cool for light hiking pants. They're very comfortable and can definitely pull off the transition from trailhead to brewpub without any trouble. Lots of good pocket space (all the pockets are zippered too) and the gusseted pant leg zips are great for fitting the pant legs over heavy boots, or for making a quick pant change in the backcountry. I'm a big fan and really love 'em!
