very soft
I bought this hat because I kept stealing my husband's knit beanie. I like it because it fits a bit looser on the head (b/c it is fleece as described) than the knit beanie, but tight enough to provide all the insulation you need from a beanie. Great service from Altrec.

Soft and warm
My wife loves this hat. She lost her favorite hat and I could not find the same one anywhere. The Denali Beanie is an upgrade from her old hat... softer, warmer and more stylish.
