Great for everyday use.. as well as recreational use...
Stretchy, comfy, soft and definitely warm as you'd expect from a fleece fabric. It's short and yet long enough to cover my ears as well so I wouldn't need to wear ear muffs.

Very warm, but a little big.
This is the softest hat I've ever touched, and it's just as insulating as you'd expect a fleece hat to be. It's a little large for my (somewhat small-ish) head, though.

Kept my noggin nice & warm skiiing in Vermont!
I would recommend it! Warm & toasty...even when damp!
