If you run more than 50 times in temp's under 30 degrees than this is the pant for you. Great range of motion, comfortable and very warm at speed. Just dont think you cant wear these things out on the town. The best cold weather running pant I have come across

Wow! High areobic activities in cold weather a must.
The fit for this tight is spot on. I'm 6'3" and just shy of 200lbs and a LRG is perfect. Gore's Windstopper N2S does stretch a bit over time so if they feel a bit snug out of the box wait! I use these right now for X-Country Skiing in temps of 5+ F and match the proper base and they breath, keep me comfy and do not over heat. This is a stellar product, try under a shell pant or soft shell pant for the ultimate combo in very cold weather. I paired them with a softshell pant and was nice an toasty in temps of -5 to -20 F. The knit backer is does not itch or cause discomfort and feel awesome next to skin.
