Outstanding warmth, weight and fit!
Outstandiwinds coming in fast. It kept me dry and quite warm even while being in ugly conditions for about 8 hours. Again, outstanding, great fit, great pack size, great weight and it just gives you great confidence when you are out in badng! I was stuck out in a blinding rainstorm with the weather. Thanks

Really bulletproof and comfy.
I wore this on a bitterly cold(-22 Celsius) windy day and felt just as warm as I did in the bed I left that morning. Excellent design, hood will go over a helmet and front flap closure covers lower face. Very lightweight and comfortable to wear. Worth every penny if you are out in very cold conditions. The cut is rather snug.

Great Insurance Policy
Great down jacket, with a highly water resistant conduit shell and a zip off hood. I always carry it in the bottom of my winter pack as an insurance policy. Very warm and comfortable. If you need the warmest possible garment and price is not an issue, buy the MH Absolute Zero. Otherwise buy the Sub Zero SL. You won't be disappointed.

great jacket at a great price
The Mountain Hardwesr Sub Zero SL down jacket is a great jacket. Top quality materials,well made, well sized, very warm - especially in the wind. Fits well over other clothing and the hood fits over a climbing helmet. I liked it so much I bought a second one for my son. Very good service and a good price from ALTREC.

Excellent!
Great jacket - from cold ice belays, to sitting around a chilly camp. Love the packability and ability to remove the hood if necessary. Recommend this jacket to anyone needing a versatile layer!
