Women's Supreme Snowboard Boot from Burton

Burton Women's Supreme Snowboard Boot

It's the Burton snowboard boot Olympic gold medalist Hannah Teter wears. It's the snowboard boot with more fit features than any other women's boot made by Burton. It's probably the snowboard boot that will change your season and the way you ride forever. Accolades aside Burton's new Supreme snowboarding boot features Burton's Imprint 4 liner the most advanced liner available from the company. What makes the Imprint 4 different (it's exclusive to the Supreme and no other women's boot) from the rest are lightweight external polyurethane Energy Panels that enhance rebound and support without a lot of bulk. It also has Burton's Outlast® Adaptive Comfort technology throughout the liner and footbed to insulate reduce perspiration inside the boot and minimize the chances for chilly feet. A power strap cuff closure on the liner improves the support while keeping the tongue in place. One of the best Burton features is Burton's Speed Zone Lacing System but the Supreme features a distinct streamlined version so you can cinch up the snowboard boot over certain areas where you need added support or a little more flex. This is done by pulling a Lower Zone lace handle until the boot is tight over the ankle area then adjusting the Upper Zone lace handle until the cuff region feels right. When you're ready to go tuck the handles into their neatly concealed pockets outside the liner and get into your bindings. Burton's Speed Zone lacing guides also micro adjust so you have even lace tension where you need it potentially reducing foot fatigue and eliminating painful pressure points. Best of all the Supreme fits better than Burton boots have ever fit women before. That's because Burton recently finished a new True Fit measuring program a female-specific foot measurement study that involved the analysis of over 440 pairs of feet and more than 125 boot prototypes tested on various mountains. The result was a whole new series of Burton shell and liner lasts specifically designed for women enhancing fit heel hold circulation and insulating warmth. Oh yeah--the Supreme snowboard boots feel pretty good too. The thermo-engineered heel cup in a narrower pocket optimizes the heel hold so it doesn't go away after a 100+ day season. Because of all the changes on the inside of these women's boots Burton also refined the exterior outsole shape creating less drag along the heel and toe even when you're riding on a board that's possibly a size too small (results may vary so pay attention to the sizing chart). If fit and performance are everything the Supreme reigns. If you need ultra high-end support and you don't mind a few less whistles and bells check out Burton's Women's Iroc.
