This well known resort boasts a large town with great facilities. There is an annual ski jumping contest each year as well as World Cup races that have been held here. This gives you some sense of the quality of the resort. You’ll also find the highest mountain in Germany here, the Zugspitze. There is direct access to 43 individual pistes. Snow is quire reliable here due to the elevation.
