Dizin is probably the most popular and best known ski resort in Iran. Although some consider the number of runs a little limiting, most rave about the great powder conditions and friendliness of the people (yes - friendliness, don't believe all you read in the press).

Obviously, being Iran, don't expect a big nightlife scene.
