Between Bear Mountain and Snow Summit, there are 21 available lifts and 80 percent of the runs currently open. Chair 4 opens today at Bear Mountain accessing Exhibition run and Chair 6 opens accessing Easy Street.

The several nights of snowmaking and one really long night of park building on Westridge has paid off. Snow Summit opens Westridge today from top-to-bottom.

Bear has called it a season. I know how you all feel about Bear. It's like a second home and there are a lot of local riders, loyal weekend riders, employees, and fans that practically live at the mountain.

This has been an incredible El Nino winter! The snow coverage is excellent and these So Cal spring conditions just don't get any better than this. Snow Summit will be open daily though Sunday April 25th, 2010.

Snow Summit will be open through at least April 18th and possibly longer with 100% open terrain. Due to business winding down, Bear Mountain will not operate midweek but will be open on weekends!
