Sunshine Village

Sunshine began as nothing more than a log cabin built by the Canadian Pacific Railroad in the late 1920's but today it is the oldest ski resort in Canada and offers over 3000 acres of skiable terrain and a huge vertical. In addition, Sunshine is one of the very few major resorts in North America to rely solely on natural snow but with 33 feet (10 meters) of snowfall each season, Sunshine can afford that luxury.Expert skiers and riders should make a beeline to Delirium Dive, one of the most radical and challenging areas of in-bounds terrain in all of North America. With pitches approaching 500 in certain areas, Delirium Dive is very extreme and it tests EVERYONE.
