Crystal Mountain

Crystal Mountain first began as nothing more than a community ski area with two rope tows and a warming hut but today it is a full service, year-round resort with 34 alpine trails, 8 lifts and 40+ km of cross country ski trails, 36 holes of golf and 15 miles of bike trails.

As a destination resort, Crystal Mountain offers lodging for over 1,200 people, indoor and outdoor pools, a fitness center, two clay tennis courts, a 175-seat restaurant and an IACC-approved conference center for up to 300 people. In addition, Crystal is also home to the Michigan Legacy Art Park -- a collection of sculptures representative of Michigan's history and culture, set along a woodland trail.

Keying off the resort's status as a family destination, Crystal's Totem Park is designed exclusively for first-timers and beginners to improve their skiing and snowboarding skills.
