What is RSN?
RSN is a national television and web network that specializes in creating and distributing outdoor content for America's premier resorts. RSN serves more than 100 resort markets across the US and is known for its unique ability to localize content to meet the specific information and entertainment needs of resort communities and their visitors. Where is RSN located?
RSN is headquartered in Portland, Maine (be sure to visit our Portland HQ's cam page). Additionally, RSN operates TV stations in California, Colorado, Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont as well as sales offices in New York.

Username and password
What if I forget my username or password?
If you forget your username or password when you are signing in, you will receive an error message (“Sorry, unrecognized username or password. Have you forgotten your password?”). You can click the "Request New Password” tab to have your information sent to you. If you click the tab, you will need to enter your username or email address. Your password will be sent to your email address.
Shows
How do I find RSN TV program clips online?
To view RSN TV program clips online, mouse over ‘shows’ menu in the top navigation and click on the any shows under RSNTV sub menu. The sample clips of RSNTV programming loads in the bottom of the promo panel. Select the clip and click on the ‘more’ button to view the respective clip.
What RSN TV programs will I find online?
Every day we update our site with clips from all of our national programs that are playing that day. This gives you a chance to see what RSN is playing at mountain and beach resorts around North America. And you'll be able to find clips from all of our national programs like RSN Outdoors, Reel Thrills, Extreme Scene, Movie Nights, Hotspots and The RSN Lounge. Check us out before visiting your favorite resort market to preview the programs that await you.
Stations
What are stations?
Stations are cable televison stations which are part of the RSN TV Network and broadcast local shows in and around the RSN network of resorts. In the Stations section you will find information about the stations and their affiliation with the surrounding resorts as well as a broadcast guide with show descriptions, times and dates.
Resorts
How can I find a resort?
To view a resort, mouse over ‘resorts’ menu in the top navigation, it will display the region and state where resorts are available. Click on the state and select the resort for the resort details. You can also use the search field to find a resort details.
Cams
What is an RSN Cam?
RSN Cam images are digital photos that are taken at resort destinations around North America and then uploaded to RSN.com. These photos are taken by someone residing in the actual market, offering you a local perspective. Our cam partners provide a variety of photos that offer you an inside view into each market, highlighting conditions, people, and places.
The RSN Cam Network features a wide range of content from your favorite resort markets including digital cam images and photos, the Local Report (an overview of what's happening this week), event listings, activities, news, jobs, and clips of local RSN Television programs. Look for updates on a daily basis!
Where can I view a list of the RSN Cams?
To view the RSN Cams, mouse over CAMS, there are few options like ‘map search’, ‘Search by region’, ‘featured cams’, ‘most recent’ and ‘most viewed’.
When clicked on ‘map search’, it will show markers where cams are available for the resorts. These markers on mouse over shall display the resort details. Click on the resort name to see the cams available under that resort.
When clicked on ‘search by region’, it will display the region and state for the resorts where the cams are available. Clicking on the respective state and selecting the resort will display the cams available under that resort.
When clicked on ‘featured cams’, ‘most recent’ or ‘most viewed’, it will display the list of cams which are featured, most recent or most viewed respectively.
How often are the Cams updated?
Most cam images are updated daily. The cam image has a date and time stamp that indicates when it was posted to our site.
Conditions
Where can I find the latest snow report for a resort?
A couple of different places. Click on the ‘conditions’ link at the top menu and choose from the various state and country listed. Select the resort and know the conditions details of the resort. Note: snow reports are not available for all resorts but 99% of North American ski markets are covered.
Where does RSN get its snow reports?
SnoCountry Worldwide provides us with their snow reports. SnoCountry is an independent, third-party company that aggregates snow reports from resorts around the world. Individual resorts send their snow reports to SnoCountry, where they are verified and distributed.
How often are the snow reports updated?
During the North American winter season (November thru April), snow reports are updated at approximately at 7:00 a.m., 9:00 a.m., 10:00 a.m., 12:00 p.m. and late afternoon (between 3:00 and 5:00 p.m.) All times are Eastern Standard. Reports may also be updated as a result of a major weather event in a particular area (a large Nor'easter for example).
Where does RSN get it's weather?
Primarily from The Weather Channel and its gigantic database of reporting stations. Access to this information is available to RSN through a partnership with Weather.com.
How frequently is the weather updated?
We update the weather once a day. If weather data ever appears outdated, let us know and we will investigate it as soon as we can.

Where can I find information about RSN's exciting giveaways?
You can always find out about the latest RSN giveaways by visiting the Win Trips and Prizes section of rsn.com. Click on ‘contests’ in the top menu which directs you to all of the latest and greatest RSN's giveaways.
How many times can I enter a contest?
Users may enter each contest a maximum of one time per day.
How often can I win?
Users may win RSN contests a maximum of one time per year.
Do I need to be an RSN member to enter a contest?
Yes! The registration process is simple. Just answer a few questions and you're ready to enter. If you are not an RSN member, you will be prompted through the registration process the first time you enter a contest.
How do I enter a contest?
Click on the ‘contest’ link you want to enter, scroll down to the bottom of the page, and click the ENTER button. It's that easy.
